Since 2007, I've been immersed in the restoration industry, understanding the challenges you face firsthand.  I founded Delta Sigma to streamline the scoping, estimating, and documentation process for local restoration companies, especially small to medium-sized businesses who may lack the bandwidth or resources for these crucial tasks.

Unlike many third-party estimating services, I offer a complete solution.  I'm not just inputting data; I'm developing the sketch and scope myself, saving you valuable time and effort.  This on-site assessment, typically completed within 24 hours (depending on project complexity), forms the foundation for accurate and comprehensive Xactimate estimates.  My deep understanding of Xactimate, honed through years of practical experience, allows me to capture even the most obscure line items, ensuring nothing is missed.

My proficiency extends to Matterport 3D scanning, providing you with detailed, immersive documentation of the loss site. This not only enhances your internal record-keeping but also strengthens your communication with insurance adjusters and clients.  While my on-site sketching and scoping services are focused on the local area, I can provide remote Xactimate estimating services nationwide, provided a sketch and scope are furnished.
